VISA INFORMATION

We provide visa support for conference attendees who require a visa to enter Japan. Please carefully review the information below before proceeding with your visa support request.

Who Needs a Visa for Japan

You can check if your country is visa-exempt by reviewing the list of visa-exempt countries/regions:

If your country of nationality (not of residence) is on the list, you do NOT need a visa to enter Japan.

How to Request Visa Support Documents

We will issue the necessary documents, including the invitation letter, for those applying for a visa to Japan.
Once your conference registration is complete, please submit the required information via the Excel form available HERE (visa_support_request_form.xlsx) to: vcip2024_inq@web-register.jp
Please submit your request well in advance -- at least one month before your departure.
