Registration Policy

Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one author registration by October 25, 2024 (23:59, JST/GMT+9).
One author registration can cover up to two papers.
Non-author (Regular/Student) registration cannot cover any papers.
In author registration, IEEE member includes IEEE student member.
Accepted papers MUST be registered by the author registration (not by any regular/student registrations). Failed registration might result in automatic withdrawal as mentioned in Paper Submission.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation must be requested on our registration page by November 15, 2024 (23:59, JST/GMT+9).
Administrative fee of 20,000 JPY will be deducted from each refund.
NO REFUND is provided after November 15, 2024 (23:59, JST/GMT+9).
NO REFUND is provided for no-shows.
Registration by incorrect information may incur additional charge later.
